These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.amze.co.uk and any purchases made through our website.
Please read these terms carefully before using our website or placing an order. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Our Website
We provide this website for personal, non-commercial use and for the purchase of AMZE® products.
We may update, change, suspend or withdraw parts of the website from time to time.
Although we take reasonable care to ensure that information presented on our website is accurate, we cannot guarantee that all information will always be completely free from errors or omissions.
Product descriptions, images, packaging and colours are provided as accurately as reasonably possible. The appearance of products may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, packaging updates or manufacturing variations.
3. Eligibility to Purchase
To place an order through our website, you must:
-
be legally capable of entering into a binding contract;
-
provide accurate and complete information;
-
provide a valid delivery address; and
-
have authority to use the payment method supplied.
If you are under 18, you should only use this website and purchase products with the involvement of a parent or guardian where appropriate.
4. Our Products
AMZE® develops cosmetic and skincare products intended for external cosmetic use unless otherwise stated.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, ingredient information, directions for use and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, formulations, packaging or presentation may occasionally be updated.
Where ingredient information is important to you, particularly because of an allergy or sensitivity, you should always check the ingredient list shown on the physical product before use.
The packaging supplied with the product should be treated as the most current product information.
5. Skincare Information
Information provided on the AMZE® website, social media channels, product pages, guides, videos or other materials is provided for general cosmetic and educational purposes.
It is not intended to constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Individual results from cosmetic products may vary depending on factors including skin type, routine, environment and frequency of use.
If you have a diagnosed skin condition, known allergy, significant sensitivity or concerns regarding the suitability of a product, you should seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.
Always follow the directions and warnings provided with the product.
6. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Placing an item in your basket does not reserve that item.
If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you and either:
-
offer an appropriate alternative where suitable and with your agreement; or
-
refund the amount paid for the unavailable product.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or change our product range at any time.
7. Prices
Prices displayed on our website are shown in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.
Where applicable, prices include VAT at the prevailing rate.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed separately before you complete your order.
We may change our prices from time to time. Any price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.
8. Pricing Errors
We take reasonable care to ensure our prices are correct.
If we discover an obvious pricing or promotional error before dispatching an order, we may contact you to explain the error and give you the option of purchasing the product at the correct price or cancelling the affected item.
We will not deliberately use incorrect prices or misleading discounts.
9. Placing an Order
When you place an order through www.amze.co.uk, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
After placing your order, you will normally receive an automated order acknowledgement.
This acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
A contract between you and AMZE® is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order and/or dispatch the products to you.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
-
a product is unavailable;
-
payment has not been authorised;
-
we identify an obvious pricing or description error;
-
we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity;
-
an order appears to have been placed for unauthorised resale; or
-
we are unable to fulfil the order for another legitimate reason.
If payment has already been taken for an order that we cannot accept, we will refund the relevant amount.
10. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.
Payment must be authorised before an order can be dispatched.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply.
We do not normally store complete payment card information ourselves.
11. Discount Codes & Promotions
From time to time, AMZE® may offer discount codes, promotional offers, gifts or other incentives.
Unless stated otherwise:
-
promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
-
promotions cannot normally be combined;
-
a promotion may be limited to one use per customer;
-
products or collections may be excluded;
-
minimum spend requirements may apply;
-
promotions may have an expiry date; and
-
promotions are subject to availability.
We may withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary, but this will not affect orders already validly accepted under that promotion.
We reserve the right to cancel orders involving misuse, duplication or manipulation of promotional offers.
12. Delivery
Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and applicable charges will be displayed during checkout.
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly state otherwise.
Unless another delivery period has been agreed with you, goods should ordinarily be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days after the contract is entered into.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control, although this does not affect your statutory rights.
13. Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Please check your delivery details carefully before confirming your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered our fulfilment or dispatch process.
14. Risk & Ownership
Responsibility for the products will normally pass to you when the products are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them.
Ownership of the products passes to you once we have received payment in full.
15. Cancellations & Returns
Your Right to Change Your Mind
For most products purchased online, UK consumers generally have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without needing to give a reason.
If you notify us within the cancellation period, you then generally have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
These rights are subject to the exceptions permitted by law.
16. Sealed Skincare & Hygiene Products
Certain sealed goods may not be suitable for return once unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons.
Where this legal exception applies, your right to cancel may be lost once the relevant seal has been broken after delivery.
This may apply to certain cosmetics, skincare or personal-care products where they cannot reasonably be resold for hygiene reasons after opening or unsealing.
This restriction does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not meet your statutory rights.
17. Returning an Unwanted Product
To exercise your right to cancel, please contact:
[INSERT RETURNS EMAIL]
Please include:
-
your name;
-
your order number;
-
the product you wish to return; and
-
confirmation that you wish to cancel the relevant purchase.
Returned products should be sent to:
AMZE® RETURNS
167–169 Great Portland Street
5th Floor
London
W1W 5PF
United Kingdom
Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or we agree otherwise, you are normally responsible for the direct cost of returning an unwanted product.
We recommend obtaining proof of postage.
18. Refunds Following Cancellation
Where you validly exercise your cancellation rights, we will refund the price paid for the returned product.
Where required by law, we will also refund the standard outbound delivery charge.
If you selected a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery service, we are not required to refund the additional amount attributable to that premium delivery option.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
We may wait until we receive the returned goods, or evidence that you have returned them, before issuing the refund where permitted by law.
19. Handling Returned Goods
You may inspect a product to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and suitability.
We may be entitled to reduce a refund to reflect a reduction in the value of goods caused by handling beyond what would reasonably be permitted when examining them in a physical shop.
For hygiene-sensitive products, the separate rules concerning sealed goods may also apply.
20. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
Under UK consumer law, goods must be:
-
as described;
-
of satisfactory quality; and
-
fit for their usual or agreed purpose.
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or does not meet these legal requirements, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:
[CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL]
Please provide your order number and, where relevant, photographs showing the issue so that we can investigate promptly.
Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, remedies may include a refund, replacement or other appropriate remedy.
21. Allergies & Sensitivities
Ingredients commonly used in skincare and cosmetic products may cause sensitivity or allergic reactions in some individuals.
You are responsible for reviewing the ingredient information supplied with a product before use where you are aware of particular allergies or sensitivities.
Where appropriate, consider performing a small patch test before wider use.
Stop using a product if significant irritation or an unexpected adverse reaction occurs and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.
Nothing in this section limits any legal responsibility that we may have for product safety.
22. How to Use Our Products
Products should only be used:
-
for their intended cosmetic purpose;
-
in accordance with the directions provided;
-
within any stated period after opening or expiry period;
-
with any warnings or precautions supplied with the product; and
-
in appropriate quantities.
Products should be kept out of reach of children where indicated on the packaging.
AMZE® cannot accept responsibility for consequences arising solely from deliberate misuse of a product contrary to clear instructions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
23. Results & Product Claims
Skincare results are individual and cannot be guaranteed.
Any product benefits or claims made by AMZE® should be interpreted in the context in which they are presented and according to the intended cosmetic use of the product.
Photographs, testimonials, demonstrations or user experiences should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every customer will experience identical results.
24. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property associated with the AMZE® website and brand belongs to AMZE & CO LIMITED or is used with permission.
This includes, without limitation:

Nothing on this website grants any licence or right to use the AMZE® name, logo, trade dress or other brand assets without our prior written consent.

-
unlawful;

defamatory;
-
threatening;
-

-
discriminatory;

-
misleading;
-

-
infringing of another person's intellectual property or privacy rights; or
-

We reserve the right to moderate or remove content where there is a legitimate reason to do so.
We will not remove a genuine negative review merely because it is negative.
27. Social Media
Our social media accounts may contain product information, demonstrations, educational content, competitions and other material.
Social media content is subject to these Terms where relevant, together with the rules of the relevant social media platform.
AMZE® is not responsible for third-party accounts falsely claiming to represent our brand.
28. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.
These links are provided for convenience or information.
We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, security, availability, privacy practices or terms.
29. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
In particular, nothing excludes or restricts liability for:
-
death or personal injury caused by negligence;
-
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
-
any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law.
We are not responsible for business losses suffered by consumers where products were purchased wholly for personal use.
30. Events Outside Our Control
We will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Examples may include severe weather, transport disruption, industrial action, interruption to utilities or communications, governmental action, epidemics, natural disasters or significant disruption to carriers or suppliers.
Where such an event affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise its impact and communicate with you where appropriate.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
31. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.
Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Our use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in our Cookie Policy.
Please read these policies alongside these Terms & Conditions.
32. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to:
-
our business;
-
our products or services;
-
our website;
-
applicable laws or regulations; or
-
our business practices.
The version applicable to your purchase will normally be the version in force when your order was placed.
The latest version will always be published on our website with the date of the most recent update.
33. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as removed or limited to the extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
34. No Waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived that right.
35. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you will continue to benefit from any mandatory protections available to you under the laws applicable in your part of the UK.
Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts having jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
