The beauty of two phases

Hydration meets
a nourishing finish.

The serum and oil phases bring water-based and oil-based ingredients into one application. Across the range, conditioning oils and emollients sit alongside each formula’s featured ingredients.

A soft, moisturised feel

The oil-containing blend complements the formula’s hydration, leaving skin feeling conditioned and smooth.

Shake, then apply together

Shaking disperses the two phases for application. It does not “activate” Retinol or make the formula stronger. Apply promptly after shaking, following your pack’s directions.

03 · Make it a ritual

Four simple evening steps

  1. Cleanse

Begin with freshly cleansed skin and gently pat dry.

  2. Shake well

Keep the bottle closed and shake to blend the serum and oil phases.

  3. Apply 2–3 drops

Choose one formula. Gently massage into the skin, avoiding the eye area.

  4. Moisturise

Follow with your moisturiser. The next morning, finish with broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher.

Begin slowly. Patch test before first use. Start on occasional, non-consecutive evenings, with moisturiser-only evenings between, and increase only if your skin remains comfortable. Follow the directions on your pack and stop if irritation occurs.

Keep the routine considered. Do not combine with another retinoid. More drops or more formulas will not guarantee better results.

A little more clarity

Your questions, answered

Can I use Vitamin C or Hyaluronic in the morning?

Not these dual-phase formulas. All six current ingredient lists include Retinol, and their directions specify evening use. The Targeted Hydration and Targeted Brightening serums are different products; the suggested morning partners above come from that range.

Should I layer two dual-phase serums?

Choose one per evening. Every formula contains Retinol, and the product directions say not to use with other retinoids. You do not need to collect or rotate all six. Choose the focus you want and give your skin time to settle into a consistent routine.

What about acids, scrubs or another serum at night?

Keep your starting evening routine simple: cleanse, one dual-phase serum, then moisturiser. Leave exfoliating acids and scrubs for another occasion while you assess tolerance; combining exfoliation with Retinol can increase irritation. Do not add another retinoid. If you use prescription skin treatments, ask your prescriber how this would fit.

Which formula contains the most Retinol?

The product names do not tell us. A verified, comparable Retinol strength is not provided on the current product pages, so this guide does not rank the six by strength or describe one as a gentler beginner formula. Choose by the stated focus and follow the directions on your pack.

Is the oil phase enough, or do I need moisturiser?

The oils contribute a soft, conditioned feel, but a dual-phase serum is still a serum step. Follow with a moisturiser that suits your skin, particularly when introducing Retinol. In the morning, finish with broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher and use other sun protection.

Can sensitive skin use this range?

All six current formulas list Retinol, fragrance (Parfum), Limonene and Hydroxycitronellal. They are not fragrance-free options. Patch test first; avoid use on irritated or inflamed skin and stop if irritation occurs. If you have very sensitive skin, eczema or rosacea, ask a dermatologist whether a Retinol formula is appropriate.

What if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

Avoid Retinol during pregnancy. If you are trying to conceive or breastfeeding, speak to your healthcare professional before choosing this range.

Why do the phases separate, and what should I expect?

Oil and water-based portions can separate when a dual-phase formula rests. Shake well with the bottle closed before each application so you dispense the phases together. Do not pour off a layer or use the two phases separately. The illustration shows the idea of blending; it does not predict the exact colour, ratio or appearance of your serum.
